- Collection hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
- Ensure someone is present at the collection address all day [and to assist the driver], as delays may occur.
Important Information
- One-man collection service – To keep costs low, the driver works alone. Please arrange additional help to load your items.
- Ground-level access required – The driver may not bring items downstairs. Ensure heavy items are ready at ground level before collection.
- Groupage service – Shipments only dispatch when the container is full, which may affect advertised departure dates.
- Shipping dates may change at Touchstone Freight’s discretion.
- Do not plan time-sensitive events based on estimated delivery dates.
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed – Delays may occur due to vessel schedules, customs, or other external factors.
