Important Information
Collection & Access: Collections are completed by a single driver to keep costs low. Please arrange help for loading, and ensure all items—especially heavy ones—are ready at ground level, as the driver cannot carry items up or down stairs.
Shipping Method & Scheduling: This is a groupage service, with shipments dispatching once containers are full. Departure and delivery dates are estimates only and may change at Touchstone Freight’s discretion.
